Gemalto's lineup of Protiva Smart Card Devices offers multiple form factors and connectivity options to maximize system flexibility and network accessibility. The Protiva SA Easy Token and Protiva SA Easy Reader are used for secure network access while operating in a stand-alone or unconnected mode. Additionally, Protiva SA Easy Token supports Live Provisioning, a fast and convenient way for administrators to personalize the devices using a Gemalto contact-less reader.

The Protiva .NET Key supports end-user access in a connected mode with the added convenience of automatically filling in one-time passwords and other user credentials stored on the smart card. For additional flexibility, the Protiva SA Dual operates in either connected or unconnected modes. These devices house a Cardlet™, a small smart card about the size of a postage stamp that generates a one-time password for automatic form filling in connected mode.

The Protiva SEG (Smart Enterprise Guardian) features a USB flash memory device that securely stores personal documents and files and protects their access with a user-designated Personal Identification Number (PIN). In addition to protecting files, documents and network identity credentials, SEG can be extended to provide secure network login with Protiva SA one-time passwords.
